This shipping policy applies to all orders of cookware placed in our store. By completing checkout, you agree to all terms below.

1. Order Processing

All orders will be processed, packed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. We do not process orders on weekends, public holidays and major sales events. Orders placed during holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons, processing may be delayed by 1–2 business days due to high order volume.
Please provide accurate full name, phone number and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for delivery failure, return or extra fees caused by incorrect address or unreachable contact.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. Shipping service is not available for war zones and customs restricted areas. All fees are in US Dollars.
  • Standard International Shipping

    Rate:

    $8.99 per order

    Free shipping: Orders over $139 qualify for free standard shipping

    Estimated delivery: 8–16 business days after shipment
  • Express International Shipping

    Rate: $16.99 per order (not eligible for free shipping)

    Estimated delivery: 4–8 business days after shipment

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees and local taxes for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will provide required documents for customs clearance, but we will not cover any related charges.

4. Package & Protection

Our cookware (pans) are fragile goods. All items are packed with bubble wrap, foam and hard cartons for protection. We take strict packaging measures to reduce damage during transit.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email with tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email within 24 hours. Tracking updates may be slow during customs clearance, which is normal.

6. Damaged, Lost & Returned Packages

  1. Damaged Items upon Arrival

    Please inspect the package immediately after delivery. If the pan is dented, cracked or damaged, take clear photos of the box, shipping label and damaged product, and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange refund or reshipment after verification. No claims will be accepted after 48 hours.
  2. Lost Packages

    If tracking stops updating for more than 12 business days, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us for investigation. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement once loss is confirmed.
  3. Returned Undeliverable Packages

    Packages returned due to wrong address, refusal or unclaimed status will incur round-trip shipping fees, which are paid by the buyer. Reshipment requires additional freight.

7. Return Shipping Rules

  • Returns for personal reasons: Buyer covers all return shipping and customs fees. Items must be unused, clean and with original packaging.
  • Returns for quality issues: We will pay for return shipping. Refund or replacement will be arranged after we receive and inspect the item.

8. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, traffic control, logistics strikes, customs policy changes or other uncontrollable events. We will update delivery status timely.

We reserve the right to modify this shipping policy. The latest version will be posted on this page and take effect immediately.
